PLASTO-DRAIN 3 GEO is a specially designed PLASTOFORM dimpled sheet product with numerous advantages when used as a floor underlay under tile floors:
- Protects the floor finish from moisture. The full-surface air gap acts as a damp-proof course, venting off moisture rising from below
- WIthstands substrate cracking and therefore prevents cracks from spreading to the floor finish above
- Distributes and reduces compressive stress
- Can be used over a wide variety of substrate materials
- Is easy and fast to install
- Minimizes delay in subsequent building work
